Holly Aston

Co-Chair

Holly Aston is a senior theatre producer, Theatre Consortium Clore Fellow and RD1st qualified coach with over 15 years of experience working in the non-profit and commercial theatre sector.

Holly has produced and managed large scale productions, festivals, national programmes and special projects across the UK, and internationally, for companies including the Young Vic, Sky Studios, National Theatre, Donmar Warehouse and RSC. With a specialism in commissioning and new work development, Holly is passionate about supporting original ideas from their initial conception and providing the bespoke support and framework needed to see creative vision realised.

Holly has designed and facilitated workshops for Hong Kong University, Hong Kong Baptist University, Young Vic Directors Programme and Central School of Speech and Drama. She also works as an associate, on a freelance basis, with arts consultancy company Bird & Gorton.

Holly has previously served on the board of Magic Me, the UK’s leading provider of intergenerational arts projects. She holds a BA (Hons) from Lancaster University and undertook postgraduate training at École Internationale de Théâtre Jacques Lecoq in Paris.

Holly is hugely proud to serve as Chair of the Board for Cheshire Dance, supporting their brilliant work in creating opportunities for people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds to become skilled, empowered and connected through dance on a local and regional level.
