Calling all dancers and choreographers – applications are now open for Factory Internationals Artist Takeover 2026
Artist Takeover invites artists or collectives based in the North of England to experiment at scale at Aviva Studios, home of Factory International.
Do you have a creative idea you wish to explore, experiment and create at scale?
They’re looking for dancers, movement artists, choreographers and movement/dance collectives who want to take over the South Warehouse and explore technology within their creative practise.
The initiative provides artists with the time, space and support to experiment at a scale not possible elsewhere – whether testing out concepts, building new collaborations, or experimenting with form and format.
Next year’s Artist Takeover takes place in February 2026.
The deadline to apply is Monday 3 November
