Movement classes by Cheshire Dance for Vivo service users with PMLD. These sessions invite participants to engage in creative movement, however big or small that may be. We focus on noticing, listening, joining and responding, using touch and connection to explore movement, sensation, and communication.

Drawing inspiration from our bodies, our surroundings, and resources, we explore ways of connecting through non-verbal language.

Through eye contact, touch, facial expression, music and movement, we create opportunities to connect, respond and move together.

The sessions offer a space where each person can communicate, participate and express themselves in ways that feel natural and meaningful to them.
