Susanna is an interdisciplinary creative practitioner with a dynamic background traversing performance, public health, higher education and organisational strategy. With over a decade of experience working across the arts, wellbeing and community sectors, Susanna enjoys working collaboratively, with a values driven approach to leadership,  and is committed to nurturing a safe and empowering environment for artists, participants and staff.

Susanna is an actress and theatre-maker by trade, and has performed and toured nationally and internationally, as well as teaching performance across the North West of England. She has specialised in Arts in Health through a Public Health context, having trained at The University of Salford, Ecole Phillipe Gaulier and at the University of Sheffield.

In her role as General Manager, she supports the day to day operations of Cheshire Dance, working closely with the team to ensure the organisation remains resilient, inclusive and impactful. A trainer performer and arts facilitator, she is passionate about the role of dance and creativity in health, education and social change, and brings this ethos to her work.
