Come and join our friendly community for a fun hour of dancing.

Dance to a variety of routines and styles with Dance artist Helen-Marie. Keep on Dancing is a place to keep fit, gain confidence in your movement and express yourself in a supportive environment.

You will also learn about posture, mobility and breath in this session. No previous dance experience is needed, the most important thing is that you have fun!

For anyone aged 50+.

The sessions take place in ‘The Studio’ by Storyhouse on Northgate Street every Monday from 2-3pm.

Pay £6 or £8 per class. Card and cash payments accepted (online booking preferred).
