This course is designed to give you the essential skills and confidence to respond effectively in a crisis. You’ll learn how to handle a wide range of workplace incidents. It will cover a combination of hands-on activities with theoretical learning to solidify your understanding of first aid principles and gain the confidence needed to respond to emergencies.

The course runs over one day 9-4pm (6 hours), led by a qualified trainer, and includes assessment.

On completion, you’ll receive a certificate valid for three years.
