New Friday evening classes offer an inclusive space to move, unwind and reconnect
Fallen Angels Movement for Wellbeing, in partnership with Cheshire Dance at Storyhouse, Chester, is inviting people to join a nurturing new movement class designed to support physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Taking place on Friday evenings at Storyhouse, the sessions combine gentle movement, breath, music and creative exploration. Participants will have the opportunity to release tension, quiet the mind and reconnect with their body, mind and spirit in a welcoming and supportive environment.
The class is open to everyone and is designed to be inclusive, accessible and adaptable to different abilities- no previous dance experience is needed.
“Come as you are, move at your own pace” is at the heart of the sessions, encouraging participants to explore the wellbeing benefits of movement in a way that feels comfortable and enjoyable.
Classes run from 6pm to 7.15pm on the following dates:
Sessions take place in Studio 1 at Storyhouse, Exchange Square, Chester, in one of the venue’s community studio spaces, providing an accessible environment in the heart of the city.
