Gill is a TV Screenwriter and Workshop leader. She has written for various serial dramas including Hollyoaks and Coronation Street where she led on developing the first neurologically diverse character to appear in a UK soap. She was a Development Editor for ITV North focusing on collaborative writing, triggering her to develop and run successful storylining workshops for new TV scriptwriters at the People’s History Museum in Manchester. Her passion for dance goes back a long way, starting with an RAD ballet Scholarship. She has a specific interest in the social and mental health benefits that dance in all its forms can bring.
Keen to spend more time in pursuit of her other enthusiasm, dance, Gill joined the Board of Trustees of Cheshire Dance in 2019.
