CRTA is looking for an innovative, creative arts professional to join the Arts Team at Cheshire West and Chester. The Rural Arts Officer will support the development and delivery of Cheshire Rural Touring Arts (CRTA), an Arts Council funded programme that takes high quality professional performance events and activities to venues across Cheshire.

The role will nurture and support arts development initiatives that contribute to the cultural landscape across Cheshire.  A key role will be to focus on delivery of Cheshire Rural Touring Arts (CRTA) and increasing access to the arts for the local community.

CRTA are interested in an experienced arts professional who has a strategic mindset, with the ability to create, co-ordinate and manage partnerships and thrive working within non arts contexts.  The role includes development and implementation of appropriate Marketing and Audience Development strategies for CRTA. Other key responsibilities will include the ability to develop funding applications, regular monitoring and reporting on the programme to funders and stakeholders alongside budget management and control.

The role is a 2.5 days a week job share and homebased but with occasional travel around Cheshire and beyond.

£30,151 – £34,723 pro rata per annum
