DESCRIPTION:Join us at our next CPD day – ‘Introduction to Dance and Disability Practice’ \nWith Emma Thomas and Ben Wilson \nTue 13 May\, 9:30am till 4pm\, at Storyhouse Chester \nA day for those with little or no experience of dance and disability practice or those wishing to refresh skills and gain new insights. \nABOUT THE DAY \nCo-led by Emma Thomas (Cheshire Dance)\, and Ben Wilson (Cheshire Dance Associate Artist)\, the day will cover a variety of elements including creative practice in disability contexts\, use of language and communication skills\, understanding behaviour and more. \nBen is a dance artist with Downs Syndrome who will share his own experiences of learning and working in dance as well as leading some movement experiences for attendees.
