DESCRIPTION:Fallen Angels Movement for Wellbeing in partnership with Cheshire Dance at Storyhouse\, Chester. \n\nJoin us on Friday evenings for a nurturing Movement-for-Wellbeing class designed to help you unwind\, reconnect\, and restore balance.\n\nThrough gentle movement\, breath\, music\, and creative exploration\, you’ll have the opportunity to release tension\, quiet the mind\, and reconnect with your body\, mind\, and spirit in a welcoming and supportive environment.\n\n\n\nThis class is open to everyone and is designed to be inclusive\, accessible\, and adaptable to all abilities- no dance experience is needed! \nCome as you are\, move at your own pace\, and discover the wellbeing benefits of movement. \n\n\n\nFridays 6pm – 7:15pm \n\n£3\, £5\, or £8 based on your circumstances \n\n\nPay by cash or card at the class (from 5.45pm) \n\n\nAt Storyhouse\, Studio 1\, Exchange Square\, Chester\nClasses take place in one of Storyhouse’s community studio spaces\, providing an accessible environment at the heart of the city.\n\n\n\nTo book your place: \n\n\n\n\nEmail hello@fallenangelsdt.org\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBefore the workshop\, please complete the registration form here: link: https://forms.office.com/r/TCHchZY74U  and click for: Chester – Evening Class at Storyhouse.
