DESCRIPTION:Join us at our next CPD day – ‘Introduction to Dance and Disability Practice’ \nWith Emma Thomas and Ben Wilson \nTue 13 May\, 9:30am till 4pm\, at Storyhouse Chester \nA day for those with little or no experience of dance and disability practice or those wishing to refresh skills and gain new insights. \nABOUT THE DAY \nCo-led by Emma Thomas (Cheshire Dance)\, and Ben Wilson (Cheshire Dance Associate Artist)\, the day will cover a variety of elements including creative practice in disability contexts\, use of language and communication skills\, understanding behaviour and more. \nBen is a dance artist with Downs Syndrome who will share his own experiences of learning and working in dance as well as leading some movement experiences for attendees. DESCRIPTION:Calling all Young People in Winsford aged 11-18! \nJoin us for The Spotlight Project – fun\, friendly and active sessions to get you moving. Take part in dance & movement workshops or fitness sessions every Tuesday evening. \nDance & Movement runs from 7pm-8.30pm. \nFitness is from 7pm-8pm. \nNo booking needed\, just come along to take part in the activities that interest YOU. \nThe Spotlight Project is the chance to try something new\, meet new people\, get active and have fun. Beginners welcome\, this group is for all abilities and high school ages. \nAll sessions are FREE!
