Dancers, movers and shakers are invited to join Ruth Asidi for Somatic Movement Sessions – a monthly gathering and co-creational 3hr exploration on a wild and much-loved natural farming land in Northwich, Cheshire.

Moving will take place both indoors and outdoors so please wear comfortable clothing, bring waterproof gear, suitable footwear, a bottle of water and a notebook.
