An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until April 4, 2023
Cheshire Dance in collaboration with Brio Leisure invites adults living with long-term (managed) health conditions to come along to FREE dance & movement sessions every Tuesday at Winsford Library. Starting on 17th January, join us to have fun, get active and meet others with an hour of moving & dancing for health & falls prevention. This session is followed by a cup of tea and social time. Everyone welcome, no experience needed.
You don’t have to book; simply turn up in comfortable clothing at the library on Tuesdays at 12pm. However, if you’d like to let us know you’re coming, please drop us an email or sign yourself up here.
