Cheshire Dance invites adults living with long-term (managed) health conditions to come along to dance & movement sessions every Tuesday at Winsford Library.
Join us to have fun, get active and meet others with an hour of moving & dancing for health & falls prevention. This session is followed by social time and the chance to get to each other. Live Well Dance welcomes older adults to enjoy fun and friendly dance classes and to explore creative movement for a wide range of health and wellbeing benefits, including improved physical strength, balance & motor skills, spatial awareness, and mobility to help prevent falls.
