Do you enjoy spending time outdoors and want to reconnect to your body through movement?

Join Cheshire Dance and Cheshire Wildlife Trust for a Wellbeing with Nature programme with 6, 2 hour sessions in one of Nantwich’s hidden green spaces.

You’ll discover how being in nature, moving freely and taking action for nature can support your health and wellbeing and help you and your environment to thrive.

Tuesdays 12 noon to 2pm, starting 31st May, 2022
