In this new offering, Bridget will facilitate various movement-centered exercises that support connecting to the body, creativity, and resourcefulness.

This 30-minute injection into your day will support you to use movement as a way to listen to, nurture and expand awareness and creativity. Each session will work with different focuses, so that over the course of the series you will have engaged with a multiplicity of knowledge, pathways, and opportunities.

• No previous experience is necessary.
• Participate and adapt the practice to meet your own needs.
• You can book per session, so join in one or as many as you like.

These sessions may have specific relevance for artists, creatives, teachers and facilitators, producers and curators, coaches and mentors, community leaders, those who work in areas of health, therapy, care, and support, and those who want to expand their movement and creative experiences.

About Bridget

From an in-depth foundation in Choreography, Dance, and Movement, Bridget’s responsive practices and work expands to working in and with Theatre, Film and Moving Image, Digital Technologies, Writing, and Music. As a multi-faceted Artist and Creative, Bridget has a 20+ year career working as a: Director, Choreographic Director, Movement Director, Performer, Collaborator, Curator and Producer, Facilitator, Rehearsal Director, and Mentor. • Choreographer & Performer on ‘Iron Butterflies’ a full-length Ukrainian hybrid documentary investigating multiple layers around the downing of MH17 in Eastern Ukraine in 2014. Directed by Roman Liubyi. Official selection: Sundance Film Festival 2023 and Berlin International Film Festival 2023.
• Since 2012, creating and touring around the world urgent productions with Belarus Free Theatre and its Directors Natalia Kaliada and Nicolai Khalezin as Choreographic, Movement, & Rehearsal Director, including, ‘Burning Doors’ with Pussy Riot’s Maria Alokhyna (listed in the New York Times ‘Best Theatre of 2017’ and Winner ‘Best Ensemble’ Off West End Awards), ‘Trash Cuisine’ (winner 2013 Impacto Total Award), ‘Red Forest’, ‘Counting Sheep: Staging A Revolution’ (Vault Festival London 2019 headline production), and ‘Trustees’ Melbourne International Festival and Malthouse.
• Co-Creator/Co-Director/Co-Choreographer/Co-Producer and Performer of ‘They Gather’, an independent international multi-modal project (AUS/NL/UK).
• Working in collaboration with Wahab Shah (Pakistan) as Co-Artistic Director of ‘On The Hour: Dance Kahanyan’ supported through The British Council PK UK season 2022: ‘New Perspectives’.
