Kate Jackson

Improvisation and text

How to embody intention into action, using themed starting points from poetry stories or plays. Creating movement which brings the action to life, through contemporary dance which moves from authentic and instinctive starting points in improvisation we will bring attention to the blend of theatre and dance to create a language that resonates viscerally and emotively. Kate will draw on her past experiences as a performer and most recent experience creating immersive dance and theatre work Witness at Tatton Park.
